Abstract (2. Language): 
Innovation is defined as “renewal of science and technology to create the invention will for supplying benefit economically and socially, being different". All over the world, higher education programs are working to expand educational capacities, in order to meet future labor needs by applying innovative strategies. Nursing educators indicates curricula reveals fundamental changes for the existing innovation. Innovatıon for nursing education perform by replacing nursing education program or producing new knowledge and skills. To produce qualified nurses who can meets the requirements in the globalized world; nursing education has become imperative to implement innovative strategies. But great and repeated contents of existing curriculas, ignorence of students’ learning wish and unsufficient useage of electronic learning tools are became obstacles behind developing innovatıon strategies in nursing educatıon. The purpose of this study, to draw out attention on the importance of providing a common future visio and integration methods within innovative strategies to support the development of vocational knowledge and skills of nursing students

İnovasyon, “bilim ve teknolojinin ekonomik ve toplumsal yarar sağlayacak şekilde yenilenmesi, buluş yaratmak, farklı olmak” şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Tüm dünyada yükseköğretim programları, gelecekteki işgücü ihtiyacını karşılayabilmek için inovatif stratejiler uygulayarak eğitim kapasitelerini genişletmeye çalışmaktadırlar. Hemşirelik eğitimcileri de, inovasyon için mevcut müfredatlarda köklü değişikliklerin gerekli olduğunu bildirmektedir. Globalleşen dünyanın beklentilerini karşılayabilecek nitelikte hemşireler yetiştirebilmek için hemşirelik eğitimine inovatif stratejiler uygulamak zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Ancak mevcut müfredatların içeriğinin fazla yüklü olması, farklı derslerde içeriğin tekrarlanması, öğrencilerin öğrenmek istedikleri konuları eğitimcilerin dikkate almaması, inovatif yaklaşımların ve elektronik öğrenme araçlarının kullanımının yeteri kadar desteklenmemesi gösterilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı,ortak bir gelecek vizyonu sağlamanın önemine ve öğrencilerin mesleki bilgi ve becerilerinin gelişmesini destekleyen inovatif stratejiler çerçevesinde entegrasyon yöntemlerine daikkat çekmektir.
