To examine the direct effect of perceived fairness on organizational citizenship behavior, data obtained from 44 white-collar employees working in sale department at a firm were used. Initially, perceived fairness and organizational citizenship behavior were defined and then correlation and regression analysis were performed according to the methodology of the research. As a conclusion, interactional justice was found to have a direct effect on identification with company, altruism toward colleagues, conscientiousness, and interpersonal harmony.

Algılanan adaletin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla, bir firmanın satış departmanında bulunan 44 beyaz yakalı çalışan yoluyla toplanan veriler kullanılmıştır. Çalışma esnasında öncelikle algılanan adalet ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı kavramları tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra, oluşturulan araştırma metodolojisi ışığında korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, etkileşim adaletinin işletme ile özdeşleşme, meslektaşlarına yönelik özgecilik, vicdanlılık ve çalışanlar arası uyum üzerinde bir etkisi bulunmuştur.
