Literatürdeyönetici-çalışanarasındakigüven,persone lgüçlendirmesiv elider-üyeetkileşimiile ilgil içoksayıdaçalışmaolmasınarağmenülkemizdebualand ayapılanaraştırmalarınsayısınınyeterli olmadığıgözlemlenmiştir.Çalışanlarıgüçlendirmekyeniyönetimanlayışınınbirürünüolara kortay a çıkmışv eülkemizdebazısektörleriçerisindeuygulam aşansıbulmuştur.Buçalışmaiçerisindeeğitim sektöründeönemliyer esahi polanözeldershanelerd epersone lgüçlendirmesiincelenmiştir.Çalışma esnasındaönceliklelider-üyeetkileşimi,güvenv epsikolojikgüçlendirmenintanımlanyapılmıştır.
