Abstract (2. Language): 
Plasmacytoma is a subtype of the plasma cell discrasias. Subconjunctival location of plasmacytoma is so rare that there are only 9 previously reported cases. The diagnosis of solitary plasmacytoma can be made by a combined evaluation of the lesion's histological and clinical findings. We aimed to discuss the differential diagnosis of the solitary plasmacytoma due to its rare localization.

Plazmasitom plasma hücre diskrazilerinin bir alt grubudur. Subkonjuktival lokalizasyon soliter plazmasitom için nadir bir lokalizasyon olup daha önce literatürde bildirilen 9 olgu mevcuttur. Bu lezyonların morfolojik tanı almasından sonra bu grup içindeki diğer neoplaziler ve benign lezyonlar ile ayrımı immünohistokimyasal ve klinik değerlendirmeyi gerektirmektedir. Olgumuzu nadir lokalizasyonu sebebi ile sunarken ayırıcı tanı kriterlerini tartışmayı amaçladık.
