Abstract (2. Language): 
In this paper, "organizing model" that is accepted in Anglo-Saxon countries' union movement to a certain degree, is being discussed. The purpose of the paper is, whether or not the organizing model can be a solution to over¬come representing difficulties face by trade unions in industrialized countries. In this context, American and British trade union applications are being evalu¬ated and particularly, "organizing the unorganized" and "union-building" con¬cepts are taken into consideration, on the basis of organizing model. And also, civil society relations, alternative union services and trade union mergers as new union policies, in relation to organizing model, are discussed.

Makalede, sanayi devriminden bu yana emeğin vazgeçilmez temsilcisi o¬lan sendikal hareketin günümüzde yaşadığı darboğazı aşma mücadelesinde, Anglosakson ülkelerde son dönemde tartışılmaya başlanan ve giderek önem kazanan "örgütlenme modeli" değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) ve İngiltere'de örgütlenme modeli temelinde sendikal uygulamalar ele alınmış ve özellikle örgütsüzlerin örgütlenmesi hedefi ile sendikal ye¬niden yapılanma sürecinin modelin etkinliği açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır. Ay¬rıca, örgütlenme modeli ile bütünleyici ilişki içerisinde sivil toplum örgütleriyle işbirliğinin güçlendirilmesi ve alternatif sendikal hizmetlerin geliştirilmesi kısa¬ca değerlendirilmiştir.
