Abstract (2. Language): 
The aim of this study is to examine validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Honor Scale (Guerra and others, 2013). Participants were 208 university students. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model consisting of 16 items loaded on four factors (x2= 278.43, df= 96, x2/sd= 2,9, RMSEA= .095, CFI= .91, IFI= .91, SRMR= .088) adjusted well. The internal consistency reliability coefficients were .56 for Family honor subscale, .72 for Social honor subscale, .61 for Masculine honor subscale,. 79 for Feminine honor subscale, and .83 for overall scale. Corrected item-total correlations of Honor Scale ranged from .29 to .59. The findings demonstrate that this scale is a valid and reliable instrument

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Onur Ölçeğini (Guerra, Gouveia, Araüjo, Andrade ve Gaudencio, 2013) Türkçe'ye uyarlamak ve ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir. Araştırma 208 üniversite öğrencisi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları, 16 madde ve dört alt boyuttan oluşan modelin (aile onuru, toplumsal onur, erkeklik onuru, kadınlık onuru) iyi uyum verdiğini göstermiştir (x2= 278.43, sd= 96, x2/sd= 2,9, RMSEA= .095, CFI= .91, IFI= .91, SRMR= .088). Ölçeğin iç tutarlık güvenirlik katsayıları, aile onuru alt ölçeği için .56, toplumsal onur alt ölçeği için .72, erkeklik onuru alt ölçeği için .61, kadınlık onuru alt ölçeği için .79 ve ölçeğin bütünü için .83 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyon katsayılarının .29 ile .59 arasında sıralandığı görülmüştür. Bu bulgular, ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin sağlandığını göstermektedir.
