Abstract (2. Language):
Purpose – the study of international competitive economic system, the stages of
its development and the factors shaping it.
Design methodology – a systematic approach, analysis and synthesis.
Findings - international competitiveness of the economy and the stages of its development
were studied, and also the determinants of “Diamond Rhombus”, Porter,
which classified the factors shaping the competitiveness, was separately examined.
Research limitations – the need in a more detailed approach to the classification
of the development stages of the international competitiveness of the economy.
Practical implications – the possibility of using the ideas, generated in the article,
as a scientific approach to the preparation of strategic development programs aimed
at improving international competitiveness.
Originality/value – the main approaches to the concept of an internationally competitive
economic system were summarized, and a new, detailed definition was
given.

Tədqiqatın məqsədi – beynəlxalq rəqabətqabiliyyətli
iqtisadi sistemi, onu formalaşdıran amilləri
və inkişaf mərhələlərini öyrənməkdir.
Tədqiqatın metodologiyası – sistemli yanaşma,
analiz və sintez.
Tədqiqatın nəticələri – iqtisadiyyatın beynəlxalq
rəqabət qabiliyyəti və onun inkişafı mərhələləri
araşdırılmış, rəqabət qabiliyyətinin formalaşdıran
amillərin təsnifləşdirildiyi M.Porterin “Almaz
Rombu”nun determinantları ayrılıqda öyrənilmişdir.
Tədqiqatın məhdudiyyətləri – iqtisadiyyatın
rəqabət qabiliyyətinin inkişafı mərhələlərinin təsnifatı
istiqamətində daha müfəssəl yanaşmaya ehtiyac
vardır.
Tədqiqatın praktiki əhəmiyyəti – məqalədə yer
almış fikirlərin beynəlxalq rəqabət qabiliyyətinin
yüksəldilməsi istiqamətində hazırlanacaq strateji
inkişaf proqramlarında elmi yanaşma kimi istifadəsi
mümkündür.
Tədqiqatın orijinallığı və elmi yeniliyi – beynəl -
xalq rəqabət qabiliyyətli iqtisadi sistem anlayışına
olan əsas yanaşmalar ümumiləşdirilmiş, təhlil
edilərək yeni müfəssəl tərif verilmişdir.
