Abstract (2. Language):
PKK’s effects on relation of Turkey and Syria which we explain in this essay, after starting of PKK’s
attacts and acts, Turkey and Syria relations based on PKK problem and when wanted to solute
problem, easily seen of in the first step on negotiation table. Because of PKK’s growth process and
is supported by Syria, while Turkey has been taking precautions, she increasingly efforce to Syria
for finishing to terrorist issuas. But this press reach real standart, after 20 years which was born
date of PKK and when the world policy was appropriated. In this context, the aim of first part of
essay is understanding to what are the terrorist grup of PKK’s aim and targets. Because knowing its
contributes us that why PKK is main actor of Turkey’s relation with her neighboors. In the second
part, Turkey - Syrian relations have been investigated. With this investigation, intended to see how
the Kurdish issue and the PKK problem which its direct effect associated affects all types of relations
between the two countries.

Türkiye-Suriye ilişkilerinde PKK terör örgütünün yarattığı etkiyi incelediğimiz bu yazımızda, terör
örgütünün ortaya çıkması ve faaliyetlerine başlaması ile taraflar arasındaki ilişkilerin hemen her
boyutunda PKK faktörünün ön sıralarda olduğu, gündeme gelen her sorunda masaya konan ilk
maddenin PKK ve eylemleri olduğu tezi işlenecektir. Bu bağlamda yazımızın ilk bölümünde PKK
terör örgütünün anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Böylece örgütün hedeflerinin, yapılanmasının hangi
boyutlarda olduğu gözler önüne serilmek istenmiştir. Çünkü PKK’nın hedef ve stratejilerinin
bilinmesi, Türkiye’nin komşuları ile ilişkilerinin anlaşılması adına büyük öneme sahiptir. İkinci
bölümde, Kürt sorunu ve terör örgütünün faaliyetleri ışığında Türkiye-Suriye ilişkileri incelenmiştir.
Böylece PKK terör örgütünün, iki ülke arasındaki ilişkileri nasıl etkilediği ortaya konacaktır.
