Abstract (2. Language):
The relationship between democracy and economic development has been the most discussed and has not lost its importance among the issues from the 1950s onwards. Determining the interaction between economic dimensions of democracy with democracy dimensions of economy is crucial for many countries which are in the democratization process. In the country’s economy, socio-economic disadvantages should not be reviewed in the context of the economy, growth and development policies which applied in that country, and political rights, civil and economic freedoms should not be ignored which are important factors on the basis of these disadvantages. An effective institutional structure which created within the framework of democratic principles, political rights, civil and economic freedoms is important factors due to ensure economic development and growth. For this reason, we will examine the impact of institutional structure, political rights, civil and economic freedoms on economic development. There is an effective role of the democracy and democratic practices in economic growth and to speed up economic development, as well as economic growth and development has a particularly important for the increase in the level of democracy or the formation of a more democratic social structure. In this context, we also aimed to evaluate the interaction between economic development and democracy in this study.
