Unilateral spondylolysis with contralateral pedicle sclerosisis a relatively rare condition which may cause diagnostic difficulties and unnecessary surgical interventions. The purpose of this paper is to report two cases with radiologic findings and review the literature.

Tek taraflı spondilolizis varlığında karşı pedikülde skleroz gelişimi nisbeten nadir olarak görülebilen bir durumdur. Tanımlanan görünüm bazı durumlarda tanı güçlüğüne yol açabilmekte ve gereksiz cerrahilere zemin hazırlayabilmektedir. Bu sunumdaki amacımız olgular eşliğinde konuyu sunmak ve literatür eşliğinde tartışmaktır.
