Abstract (2. Language):
In This article, a brief information will be given about the life, scientific personality and works of Gentleman Mustafa Taqî, a prominent scholar in Sivas, and then his work titled "Forty Traditions" or " Political and Social Catechism" will be introduced. It will be given the reaquired information about the method and contents of his work. At the same time it will be given place to the ideas and thoughts of the author reflecting to his interpretations, explanations and traditions.

Bu makalede, kısaca, Sivas'ın önde gelen âlimlerinden Mustafa Takî Efendi'nin hayatı, ilmi şahsiyeti ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilecek, 'Kırk Hadis' Yahut İlm-i Hâl-i Siyâsî Ve İçtimâi' adlı eserinin tanıtımı yapılacak, metodu ve muhtevası hakkında bilgi verilecek, müellifin yorum ve açıklamalarına, bazı fikir ve düşüncelerine yer verilecektir.
