DİYARBAKIR İL SINIRLARI İÇERİSİNDE YAYILIŞ GÖSTEREN BAZI YONCA (MEDİCAGO L.) TÜRLERİNDE AĞIR METAL DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Determination of Heavy Metal Levels in Some Clover Species (Medicago L.) Distributed in Diyarbakır Province

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Keywords (Original Language):

Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometer in the steam, leaf and fruit of Medicago noeana Boiss., Medicago orbicularis (L) Bart., Medicago polymorpha L. var. Vulgaris (Bent.) Shinners, Medicago rigidula (L) All. var. rigidula ve Medicago rigidula (L) All. var. Submitis (Bois.) Heyn distributed in Diyarbakır Province. The obtained results showed that heavy metal levels were in the following order Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni in the all organs of studied species. Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Ni levels were the highest in the leaves when compared to steam and fruit. Among the heavy metals studied Pb, Co and Cr were not detected.
