Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, It is aimed to develop a scale to measure Primary 4 th and 5 th grade students’ attitudes toward technology. Technology-oriented attitude scale was developed in line with the opinions of the 4 th and 5 th grade students. The scale is 5 likert-type consisting of 19 items. at the beginning of the study. The scale was applied for 144 students who were randomly selected among the students of the 4 th and 5 th grade of central Kutahya primary schools . At the end of the application the scale was reduced to 12 items. To determine the validity of the scale structure as a result of factor analysis scale factor loads items ranging between 0.45 -0.79 is influenced by 3 and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value is 0.78 , Barlett test plausibility value is 0.00 has been found. Calculated for the scale, reliability, internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach alpha) values were α= 0.76. These findings indicate that the scale has a valid and reliable structure.

Bu çalışmada, İlköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarınıölçmek amacıyla bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Teknolojiye yönelik tutum ölçeği, 4ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma başlangıcında ölçek 19 maddeden oluşan 5’li likert tipi bir ölçektir. Ölçek, Kütahya merkez ilköğretim okullarından 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrencileri arasında tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 144 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonunda ölçek 12 maddeye indirilmiştir. Ölçeğin yapıgeçerliliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) değerinin 0.78, Barlett testi anlamlılık değeri ise 0.00 bulunmuştur. Ölçek maddeleri faktör yüklerinin 0.45-0.79 arasında değişen 3 faktörden oluştuğu ve Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışmasıiçin hesaplanan iç tutarlık katsayı(Cronbach alpha) değerinin α=0.76 olduğu görülmüştür. Bubulgular, ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir yapıya sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.
