Abstract (2. Language): 
In this article, the current political situation in the People’s of Republic of China has been examining in a historical process. Initially, the terms of revolution for Chinese, has been defining. In that sense, the article started from 1911,Republican revolution and coming to present. This paper generally focused on domestic developments in Chinese Communist Party and examining its effect on world socialism. At the end, the results of 16th party congress has been discussing.

Bu makalede , Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti’nin aktüel iç politik gelişmeleri tarihsel süreç içerisinde incelenmektedir. Öncelikle devrim kavramının Çinliler için ne anlam ifade ettiği tanımlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, makale 1911 Cumhuriyetçi devrimi ile başlayıp günümüze kadar gelmektedir. Bu çalışma genel olarak Çin Komunist Partisinin içinde meydana gelen gelişmeler ve bunun dünya sosyalizmine olan etkisi üzerine odaklanmıştır. Makalenin sonunda ise 16.Parti Kongresinin sonuçları değerlendirilmektedir
