Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study is to develop a scale for investigating the expectations of university students towards the educational web sites and the factors affecting their intentions to use these sites again. The final scale composed of 22 items was applied to 411 students of Aksaray University. The principal component analysis was used to obtain the evidence for the validity of the scale. Based on this analysis, it was determined that the scale has a structure composed of four main factors: expectation, perceived performance / usefulness, dis/confirmation, and satisfaction. This factor structure of the scale represents the model of Expectation and Confirmation Theory. To obtain evidence in terms of the reliability of the scale, internal consistency coefficients of the scale were calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The Cronbach Alpha (α) coefficient was calculated for the overall scale as .91, for perceived usefulness as .83, for dis/confirmation as .85, for satisfaction as .85 and for intention as .76.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin eğitsel içerikli web sitelerine yönelik beklentilerini ve bu siteleri tekrar kullanım niyetlerini etkileyen faktörleri Beklenti-Uyum Modeli temel alınarak belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmektir. 22 maddeden oluşan ölçek formu Aksaray Üniversitesi’nde öğrenim görmekte olan 411 lisans öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda kapsam geçerliliği sağlanan ölçeğin yapı geçerliliğine ilişkin bilgi elde edebilmek amacıyla döndürülmüş temel bileşenler analizi yapılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin dört faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu faktörler, Beklenti-Uyum Modeli’nin alt boyutlarını temsil edecek şekilde algılanan kullanışlılık, beklentilerin karşılanması, memnuniyet ve süreklilik niyeti olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Ölçekten elde edilen ölçümlerin güvenirliğine ilişkin olarak ise ölçeğin tamamından ve her bir faktöründen elde edilen ölçümlere ait Cronbach Alfa (α) iç tutarlılık katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Güvenirlik katsayıları ölçeğin bütününden elde edilen ölçümler için .91, algılanan kullanışlılık için .83, beklentilerin karşılanması için .85, memnuniyet için .85 ve süreklilik niyeti için .76 olarak hesaplanmıştır.
