Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Music Education Undergraduate
Program at the Departments of Music Education. Research population consisted of the programs of Music
Education Undergraduate Programs of 28 Music Education Departments in Turkey. The descriptive method was
preferred and the acquired sample covered the research population completely.
Some of the research data were obtained through literature review method and the rest from the official
websites of the universities. SPSS 22 software was used in the processing of the data and the results were
interpreted with the percentage values.
As a result, Music Education Undergraduate Program determined by the Council of Higher Education was found
out to be applied at a rate of 95.28 % by the Music Education Departments in Turkey. Also, it was determined
that the terms of the lessons stated by the Council of Higher Education were changed at a rate of 6.97% and
that the rate of added lessons was 44.60%. In other words, it was concluded that the total change rate was
51.57%. Based on the results achieved under the research, various suggestions were made.

Araştırmanın amacı, Müzik Öğretmenliği Lisans Programının (MÖLP) Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarında (MEAD)
uygulanma durumunu belirlemektir. Araştırma evrenini Türkiye’deki 28 MEAD’nda uygulanan Müzik
Öğretmenliği Lisans programları oluşturmaktadır. Betimsel yöntemin tercih edildiği araştırma kapsamında
ulaşılan örneklem, araştırma evrenini tamamen kapsamaktadır.
Araştırma verilerinin bir bölümüne kaynak taraması yöntemiyle diğer bir bölümüne işe üniversitelerin web
adresleri üzerinden ulaşılmıştır. Verilerin işlenmesinde SPSS 22 programı kullanılmış ve sonuçlar yüzde değerleri
üzerinden yorumlanmıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda YÖK tarafından belirlenen Müzik Öğretmenliği Lisans Programının (MÖLP) Müzik Eğitimi
Anabilim Dalları (MEAD) tarafından Türkiye genelinde %95,28 oranında uygulandığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca
araştırmada YÖK tarafından belirlenen MÖLP’nda MEAD’ları tarafından dönemi değiştirilen ders oranının %6,97
olduğunu ve eklenen ders oranının %44,60 olduğu yani toplam değişim oranının %51,57 olduğunu sonuçlarına
ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında ulaşılan sonuçlara dayalı olarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
