Abstract (2. Language):
In this article, the major differences that appeared in the socio-political
attitudes of higher education students during the modernization have been dealt with in
the sample of divinity faculties. It is aimed to determine, in the context of
modernization, tradition, conservatism and democracy, the positions of conservative
and democratic religious attitudes of participants who participated in the survey in
various parameters. Within this framework, the religious attitudes of participants have
been depicted within the framework of data gained from developed conservative and democratic religious attitudes scales, and the differences seen in the participants
religious attitudes in accordance with their socio-cultural and demographic qualities

Bu makalede, modernleşme sürecinde üniversite gençliğinin sosyo-politik
tutumlarında ortaya çıkan başlıca farklılaşmalar ilahiyat fakülteleri örneğinde ele
alınmaktadır. Çalışmada, modernleşme, gelenek, muhafazakârlık ve demokrasi
bağlamında, katılımcıların muhafazakâr ve demokratik dini tutumlarının, çeşitli
değişkenler karşısındaki durumunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmış; araştırma verileri,
muhafazakâr ve demokratik dini tutum ölçeklerinden elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde
değerlendirilmiştir. Böylece, katılımcıların sosyo-kültürel ve demografik niteliklerine
göre sosyo-politik tutumlarında ortaya çıkan farklılaşmalar tespit edilmeye ve
yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.
