Abstract (2. Language): 
This research provides information on the structure of the brain and its functions, and discusses the researches about brain and learning from an educational point of view. In the study, many database research engines on internet, books, articles, thesis and announcements designated about subject have been examined. Teaching strategies about using right brain hemisphere, left brain hemisphere and whole brain are presented ina context of the question of “How can we relate our knowledge about learning center “brain” to methods and techniques that we use in the courses, and apply this experienceto the education process?’.

Bu çalışmada, beynin yapısıve fonksiyonlarıhakkında bilgi verilerek, beyin ve öğrenme ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalar eğitim açısından tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada birçok veri tabanı, internet üzerinde arama motorlarıtaranarak konu ile ilgili belirlenenkitap, makale, tez ve bildiriler incelenmiştir. “Öğrenmenin merkezi olan beyinle ilgili bildiklerimizi, derslerimizde kullandığımız yöntem ve tekniklerle nasıl ilişkilendirebilir ve bu bilgileri eğitim ve öğretim sürecinde nasıl uygulayabiliriz?” sorusu kapsamında sağyarıküre, sol yarıküre ve bütünsel beyin kullanımına yönelik öğretim stratejileri sunulmuştur.
