Abstract (2. Language): 
It is usually accepted that international terrorism is one of the most important threats toward the security of states in today’s world. Therefore, states cooperate with different forms in different areas for fighting against this threat. In this context, it is also very important to cooperate in the field of police and criminal matters against international terrorism. In this article, we are trying to analysis the roles and positions of INTERPOL and EUROPOL, which are the organizations created for these purposes with a comparative perspective.

Günümüz dünyasında uluslararası terörizm, genellikle devletlerin güvenliklerine yönelik en önemli tehditlerden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu nedenle devletler, ilgili tehditle mücadele amacıyla çesitli biçimlerde ve değisik alanlarda is birliği yapmaktadırlar. Bu bağlamda, uluslararası terörizme karsı polisiye ve adli meselelere iliskin olarak is birliği yapmak da oldukça önemlidir. Çalısmada, bu amaçla olusturulmus olan INTERPOL ve EUROPOL’ün uluslararası terörizm karsısındaki rolleri ve konumları, mukayeseli bir biçimde analiz edilmeye çalısılmaktadır.
