Abstract (2. Language):
The research has shown the strong relationship between semantics and the meaning of the context (linguistic - non-linguistic) and the study of the meaning by grammarians linguists, and interpreters who influenced their works by it.
The research has also stressed the important fact that the theory advocated by the English scientist Firth was not new in his time. On the contrary, it is rooted in the ancient Arab scholars such as Al-Jarjani, Al-Saqaki, Ibn Jaini, Zarkashi and others who pointed to the importance of the context in understanding the text and analyzing the functions and the linguistic component of the structure of the text. Besides that they did not forget the social aspect that accompanied the text of what they called the place. This study also dealt with the effect of the contextual significance of the words, and that the changing of the meanings of the words happen only in a context.

Bu çalışma, beyan delaletiyle siyak delaleti arasındaki yakın ilişkiyi, dilsel ve dilsel olmayan iki çeşidiyle açıklayarak gramerciler, belagatçılar ve tefsircilerin eserlerinde yer verdikleri şekilde incelemektedir. Ayrıca bu ilişki, İngiliz dilbilimcilerin savunduğunun aksine yeni ortaya çıkmış bir durum değildir. el-Cürcanî, es-Sekâkî, İbn Cinnî, ez-Zerkeşî gibi meşhur Arap alimleri tarafından, metinde anlamın kavranması için siyakın önemine vurgu yapılmıştır. Ayrıca onlar, “makam” olarak isimlendirdikleri metne eşlik eden sosyal yapıyı göz ardı etmeksizin metnin işlevsel yapısını analiz etmeyi de önemsemişlerdir. Bunların yanında çalışma, siyakın lafızlarda olan anlam etkisini de incelemektedir.
