Obstetric injuries are the most common causes of rectovaginal fistulas. We herein reported a case which has the diagnosis of acut myeloid leucemia and has rectovaginal fistulas after vaginal punch byopsy. The surgical treatment of the fistulas in such cases must be transanal advancement flap instead of transvaginal repair

Obstetrik injuriler, rektovajinal fistüllerin en sık nedenidir. Bu olgu sunumunda akut myeloid lösemi tanısı olup vajinal punch biyopsi sonrası rektovajinal fistül gelişen olguyu sunduk. Bu tür olgulardaki rektovaginal fistüllerin cerrahi tedavisi, transvajinal onarım yerine transanal advancement flap olmalıdır.
