Distorsiyon prodakt otoakustik emisyonlar ve primer stimulus seviyelerinin klinik önemi

Distortion product otoacoustic emissions and clinical significance of primary stimulus levels

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Otoacoustic emissions arc emitted acoustic energies from the cochlea to the external ear canal which can be recorded hy a sensitive microphone. It has heen observed that this acoustic energy stems from the micromechanical activity of the outer hair cells. Distortion product otoacoustic emissions can he detected in all normally hearing subjects by presenting two different frequencies and evoking a third different frequency. After a brie/ review about otoacoustic emissions, a stud}' was presented which performed m 20 health} subjects concerning different primary stimulus levels to elicit maximum distortion product otoacoustic emissions. /Journal of Turgut (ha/ Medical ('enler 2(l):22-2~. 19951
Abstract (Original Language):
Belirli şartlar altında kokleadan dış kulak yoluna doğru yayılan akustik ener/iye otoakustik emisyon denir ve hassas bir mikrofonla kaydedilebilir. Hu akustik enerjinin koklea dış saç hücrelerinin mıkromekanık aktivitesinden kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir. Distorsiyon prodakt otoakustik emisyonlar işitmesi normal olanların tamamında elde edilebilen bir uyarılmış otoakustik emisyon çeşididir. İki farklı frekansta primer stimulusun simültane olarak kokleaya ulaştırılması ve kokleanın hu uyarıya stimuluslardan farklı frekansta verdiği cevaptır. Otoakustik emisyonlar hakkında genel bir bilgi ile beraber 20 sağlıklı kişide maksimum distorsiyon prodakt otoakustik emisyon oluşturan farklı primer stimulus seviyelerini araştırdığımız çalışmamız literatürdeki diğer çalışmalarla tartışılarak sunulmuştur. /Turgut Ozal Tıp Merkezi Dergisi 2(l):22-2~. 1995/
