Abstract (2. Language):
Like all over the world, cinema producers are supported by the state in Turkey. The frame of these
supports are determined by ‘the regulation of supporting cinema films’ which was realized in 2004. With
this regulation, a lot of cinema films were made. The films which were produced by the support of the
Turkish government contributed to cultural life in Turkey. But, to be able to get financial support from
the state, film producers must effectuate some criterions.

Sinema yapımcıları, tüm Dünya’da olduğu gibi ülkemizde de devlet tarafından desteklenmektedir. Bu
desteğin çerçevesini belirleyen de, 2004 yılında yürürlüğe giren 5224 sayılı, “Sinema Filmlerinin
Desteklenmesi Hakkındaki Yünetmelik”tir. Uygulamayasokulan bu yönetmelikle birlikte, Türkiye’de,
kültür hayatı açısından çok büyük önem taşıyan sinema filmleri yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Ancak, devlet
desteği alabilmek için sinemacıların bazı kriterlere uyması gerekmektedir.
