Abstract (2. Language): 
The relation of HLA-DPB 1 with mixed lymphocyte culture: In our study, HLA class I antigens and HLA-DRB1 gene region of 20 patients to whom BMT was planned, and HLA-DPB 1 alleles found in HLA class II gene region of the siblings of the patients, were detected by the PCR amplified reverse dot blot hybridization method. Mixed lymphocyte culture test was then applied to 20 couples of donor and recipient. When the DPBI alleles were matched with the couples, the results of MLC test were negative as well. Our opinion is that would be more convenient to type HLA-DPB 1 alleles in the selection of unıelated donors.

Çalışmamızda I. sınıf HLA antijenleri ve HLA-DPB1 gen bölgeleri uyumlu KİT planlanan 20 hasta ve bunların verici adayı kardeşlerinin II. sınıf HLA gen bölgesinde bulunan HLA-DPB1 allelleri PCR amplifikasyonu reverse dot blot hybridization yöntemi ile saptandı. Aynı zamanda 20 alıcı/verici çifte karışık lenfosit kültür testi uygulandı. DPBI allelleri uyumlu olan çiftlerin MLC test sonuçlarının da negatif olduğu görüldü. HLA-DPB1 allellerinin akraba olmayan verici seçiminde araştırılmasının daha uygun olacağı kanısındayız
