Abstract (2. Language): 
Swcet's syndrome associated with uleerative colİtis: a case report. Sweet's syndrome is cha-racterized by tender, red-brown inflammatory plaques and nodules, usuaiiy affeeting the upper limbs, face or neck. It is first deseribed by Sweet RD in 1964 as a dermatological dİsease. Sub-sequently it has been associated to severai disease. Onc of those rarely deseribe is the associa-tion to ehronic intestinal inflammatory discasc. We reported a patienl with uleerative colitis deveioped Sweet's syndrome preecded by exacerbation of his colitis. We recommend to carry out gastrointestinal studies in patient with Sweet's syndrome to detect fhcir associatton.

Sweet sendromu daha çok baş, boyun ve üst ekstremitelerde iokalİze, kırmızı-kahverenkSİ, ağrılı plak ve nodüllerl'e karakterizedir. İdyopatik olabildiği gibi ilaca bağlı olarak gelişebilir ya da başka bir hastalığa eşlik edebilir. İnfîamatuar barsak hastalıklarında en sık görülen deri belirtileri erİtema nodosum ve pyoderma gangrenosumdur. Ancak daha seyrek olarak Sweet sendromu ile birlikte görülebilir. Burada ülscratif kolit tanısı konan, tedavi ile hastalığı remis-yonda iken Sweet sendromu gelişen vc arkasından hastalığı alevlenen bir olgu sunulmuştur. Sweet sendromu tanısı konan hastalarda etyolojide infîamatuar barsak hastalıkları da araştırmalıdır.
