Abstract (2. Language): 
Squamous celi carsinoma arisingfrom ehronic dermatoses. In addition to ehronic sun damage and environmental carcinogens, granulomatous dİseases such as syphiîis, lupus vulgaris, lep-rosy and lupus erythematosus, ehronic uleers, burn scars may predispose squamous celi carci-noraa. In this case report, two untreated cases, a diseoid lupus erythematosus and a lupus vulgaris gi-ving rise to squamous celi carcinoma are presented. The importance of elose follow- up of fhe patients even after appropriate treatment is noted.

Kronik güneş hasan, ve çevresel karsinojenlere ek olarak sifiliz, lupus vulgaris, lepra gibi kronik granülomatöz hastalıklar ve lupus eritematozus, kronik ülserler, yanık nedbeleri zemininden de yassı epitel hücreli karsinom gelişebilir. Bu sunuda tedavisiz bırakılan diskoid lupus eritematozus (DLE) ve lupus vulgaris zemininde gelişen iki yassı epitel hücreli karsinom vakası sunulmakta ve sikatris zemininde kanser gelişimine karşı yakın takibin yaran tartışılmaktadır.
