Abstract (2. Language):
Good deed had been denoted after the faith to god in holy Quran. Prays are one of the important segments of good deed. In this regard, for anyone who has the conditions, fulfilling the divine task of taking the pilgrimage to Mecca is a responsibility and also some kind of pray. Importance of taking the pilgrimage, its religious practices, places and its way of going to pilgrimage is been explained through holy Quran.
Same as the other prays, the details on the ways of taking the pilgrimage are available in the hadiths (the Prophet Mohammad's sayings/deeds). The Prophet Mohammad by his divine inspiration practically showed the ways of taking the pilgrimage on his last pilgrimage. But there are some argues about the taking the pilgrimage to Mecca on behalf of someone else which is been said to be told by the Prophet Mohammad. Especially there are lot of arguments and explanations on these rumors for better determination and comprehending of this topic at the commentary books, explanations on hadiths and references of Islamic laws.
"Who and at what condition can take the pilgrimage to Mecca on behalf of someone? Related speeches of companions of the prophet Mohammad refers to what?" And such ques¬tions would be answered in this article. Besides, in this article it's been focused to provides a clear and reliable details and information on prays and individual responsibility related to the pilgrimage to Mecca.
