This study mentions about crisis management and importance of public relations process. It develops a point of view about communication strategies in crisis management efforts. In this study deal with the stages of crisis plans and it's details. At the same time building up strong linkages between crisis, in all circumstances, and public relations. According to many public relations practitioners, public relations is a necessary element to manage crisis events successfully. The well-accepted view defended by practitioners to be included new strategies and tactics in that period of time. This study includes a few events in crisis managemet subject that indicates solution of problem. In addition to it can be useful for us to understand necessity of this problem and it shows how can we behave like these problems. in this century media is the most important linkage between public and organization, so organizations should also consider the power of media and profit from it.
