This study tries to determine the supervisor sıtpport, co-worker sıtpport and the employee-supervisor communicalion on perceived organizafional sıtpport. The study also tries to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and the variables that constitute perceived organizational support, with the turnover intention. in this study the relationship among organizational support, supervisor support, coworker support, employee-sıtperior communicalion and turnover intention variables was tried to be determined by using correlation analysis. The effect of supervisor support, co-worker support and employee-sıtperior comnnmication on job organizational sıtpport was examined by using regression analysis. The study shows thal perceived organisationaj support has a positive relationship with support jrom superiors and colleagues, and communicalion, and a negative relationship with the turnover intention. İt has heen determined that support frotn superiors and colleagues and employee-superior communicalion improves perceived organisational support. Employee-superior communicalion the variahle with the most effecl on perceived organisational support.
Abstract (Original Language): 
Bu çalışmada; öncelikle işgören-üst iletişimi ile iş temelli sosyal destek bileşenlerinden üst desteği ve iş arkadaşı desteğinin örgütsel destek algısı üzerindeki etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca anıştırmada, örgütsel destek algısı ve örgütsel destek algısını oluşturan değişkenlerin işten ayrılma eğilimi ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada örgütsel destek algısı, üst desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği, üst-'işgören iletişimi ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişki korelasyon analiziyle; yönetici desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği ve itst-işgören iletişiminin örgütsel destek üzerindeki etkisi regresyon analiziyle saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; örgütsel destek algısının üst desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği ve iletişimle aynı yönlü, işten ayrılma eğilimi ile ters yönlü bir ilişki gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte; üst desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği ve işgören-üst iletişiminin Örgütsel destek algısını arttırdığı saptanmıştır. İşgören-üst iletişiminin diğer değişkenlere göre örgütsel destek algısı üzerinde göreli olarak daha yüksek etki gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. İşten ayrılma eğilimi bulunan işgörenlerin örgütsel destek algısı ve belirleyicilerinin daha düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.
