Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, morphology of pollen’s samples of 6 species in the genus Hyoscyamus taken from herbarium were examined by light microscopy. Pollens of examined species show uniformity in terms of palynological features. Pollens radial symmetry seems to be isopolar, 3-colporat, prolat sferoid-prolat, polar but sirkülar, 4- colporat pollen appears the angular. Tetrakolporat pollens were also found in some species. Sekzin is thicker than nekzin or equal to the thickness and pollen ornemantation is retikul.

Bu araştırmada, Hyoscyamus L. (Solanaceae) cinsine ait 6 türün herbaryum örneklerinden alınan polenlerin morfolojileri ışık mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. İncelenen türlerin polenleri, palinolojik özellikleri bakımdan yeknesaklık göstermektedir. Polenler radyal simetrili, isopolar, 3-kolporat, prolat sferoid-prolat, polar görünüşte sirkülar, 4-kolporat polenler ise angular’dır. Bazı türlerde tetrakolporat polenlere de rastlanmıştır. Sekzin, nekzinden daha kalın ya da eşit kalınlıktadır ve polenlerin ornemantasyonu retiküldür.
