BAZI PATLICAN (Solanum melongena L.) ÇEŞİTLERİNİN ÇİMLENME DÖNEMİNDE TUZA TEPKİLERİ

Abstract (2. Language): 
The responses were investigated of some eggplant varieties (Solanum melongena L. var. Kemer, Pala ve Aydın Siyahı) to different salt (0, 50, 100 ve 150 mM NaCI) doses in germination stage. In the experiment, germination rate and period, relative growth rate for plant fresh weight, hypokotyl and radicula length were decreased at the increase of salt dose. Responses of varieties were differed on characteristics.

Bazı patlıcan çeşitlerinin (Solanum melongena L. Kemer, Pala ve Aydın Siyahı) farklı tuz (0, 50, 100 ve 150 mM NaCI) dozlarına çimlenme dönemindeki tepkileri araştırılmıştır. Denemede tuz dozu artışı ile çimlenme oranı ve süresi, bitki yaş ağırlığı için oransal büyüme hızı, sürgün ve kök boyu azalmıştır. İncelenen özelliklere çeşitlerin tepkileri farklı olmuştur.
