Abstract (2. Language): 
This study was designed to determine factors that was related primary school women teachers' burnouts. Data were collected by using Maslach Burnout Inventory to 216 primary school women teachers. This ınventory was planed to examine the possibility of burnout's three dimensions. Results of the analysis demonsrated to examination variables related burnouts which emotional exhaustion, personel accomplishment and depersonalization subscales. Results discussed related literature.

Bu çalışma normal çocuklarla çalışan kadın anaokulu öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlikleriyle ilişkili faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Araştırma için Türkiye'nin farklı illerindeki özel ya da devlete bağlı kurumlarda çalışan 216 kadın öğretmene, tükenmişliği üç boyutta (duygusal tükenmişlik, kişisel başarı, duyarsızlaşma) incelemeye olanak sağlayan Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri uygulanmıştır. Analizler, araştırmada tükenmişlikle ilişkisi incelenen değişkenlerin duygusal tükenmişlik, kişisel başarı ve duyarsızlaşma alt ölçekleri ile ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar ilgili literatür bağlamında tartışılmıştır.
