Forensic Unit supports every unit, which is involved in strugglıng ın erime and criminals. In this paper, the strueture of Forensic Department, sections of this department and working procedures on forensics are expressed. In addıtion. the importance of Evidence Section, which needs to be examined and must be joıned to the Turkish National Police Structure, and scrutiny selectıon of crime scene vehicles and technical equipments in order to increase movement abîlities of crime scene units according to police needs for better service are stated.

Kosova'daki Adli Bilimler Birimi, suç ve suçlu ile mücadelede ilgili tüm birimlere destek vermektedir. Bu çalışmada. Birleşmiş Milletler'deki Adli Bilimler Birimi'nin yapısı, hangi bölümlerden oluştuğu ve çalışmaların ne şekilde sürdürüldüğü genel olarak anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca, ülkemizde polis yapısına kazandırılması ve incelenmesi gereken Delil Toplama Birimi'nin önemi ile olay yeri inceleme ekiplerinin hareket kabiliyetlerinin artırılması amacıyla, bu araçların ve kullanılan teknik malzemelerin amaca hizmete göre seçilmesinde dikkat edilmesi gerekliliği belirtilmiştir.
