Abstract (2. Language):
The error analysis of the device that measures the velocity of bullets has been undertaken. This device enabled to measure the velocity of several bullets of 9mm x 19 Parabellum Cartridges which contained different amount of Ball Powder gunpowder. It was found that some of the cartridges, contained 38 mg, 76 mg and 114 mg gunpowder, failed as the bullets did not leave the barrel, whereas other cartridges, weighted 152 mg gunpowder, performed 75% success rate. The measured velocities were between 69 m/s and 377 m/s for the cartridges weighted upto 380 mg which were in total 7 groups including 152 mg weight cartridge.

Geliştirilen dijital mermi hızı ölçüm cihazının hata analizi yapılmıştır. Bu cihaz kullanılarak, farklı miktarlarda Ball Powder marka barut içeren 9 mm x 19 Parabellum fişeklerine ait mermilerin hızları ölçülmüştür. 38 mg, 76 mg ve 114 mg barut bulunduran fişeklere ait merilerin namluyu terk etmediği, 152 mg barut bulunduran fişeklerde ise yapılan toplam atış sayısının %75 inde merminin namludan çıktığı belirlenmiştir. Bu grup ile birlikte 380 mg a kadar olan toplam yedi gurup fişek için ölçülen hızlar 69 m/s ile 377 m/s arasındadır.
