Lipomas are the most common extratesticular scrotal neoplasms and they most often originate from the sper¬matic cord. The etiology is unknown but linked to a constitutional factors, obesity, an its presentation is more frequent In the sixth or fifth decade. In this case, an unusual massive scrotal lipoma that occured in 70 years old man is described.

üpomlar en sık rastlanan testis dışı skrotal kitlelerdir, genellikle spermatik korddan gelişirler. Etyolojisi bilinmez ancak konstitisyonel faktörlere, obeslteye bağlanır, 5. ve 6. onyıltarda daha sık rastlanır Bu olgu sunumunda 70 yaşındaki erkek hastada saptanan sıradışı, büyük bir skrotai lipom anlatılmaktadır.
