Objective: To present a case of pulmonary hyalinizing granuloma (PHG). Case Report: The patient was a 48-year-old female who had abnormal chest X ray showing bilateral mass shadows inciden¬tally. She was asymptomatic. Subpleural two nodules removed by open lung biopsy revealed a homogenous cut surface. Histological diagnosis was PHG consisting hyalinized collagen fibers and bundles infiltrated with chronic inflamatory cells. Conclusion: The case was presented to attract attention to take this rarely benign disease in to account in the differantial diagnose of multiple pul¬monary nodules.

Amaç: Bir pulmoner hyalinize granüloma (PHG) olgusunu sunmak. Olgu Sunumu: 48 yaşında kadın hastanın tesadüfen çekilen direkt akciğer grafisinde bilateral kitle gölgeleri izlendi. Hastada klinik bulgu yoktu. Açık akciğer biyopsisi ile çıkarılan iki nodülün kesit yüzeyleri homojendi. Hyalinize kollajen demetler ve kronik inflamatuar hücre infiltrasyonunun varlığı ile olguya histopatolojik olarak pulmoner hyalinize granüloma tanısı kondu. Sonuç: Nadir görülen bu benign hastalığın multipl pulmoner nodüllerin ayırıcı tanısında hatırlanmasına dikkat çekmek amacıyla olgu sunuldu.
