Abstract (2. Language):
First, the fact that we want to start talking openly stating: Germany still remains a country of immigration status. Although migration stopped, or at least much reduced. However, family members back home to Germany the decline in immigration from the introduction and development of the number of children born in Germany, has been compensated in excess. Here, foreigners resident in Germany would like to mention some of the numbers are not-tion. Although this rakkamlar, known by everyone. Önce şu gerçeği açık bir şekilde belirterek konuşmaya başlamak istiyoruz: Almanya hâlâ bir göç ülkesi durumunu korumaktadır. Gerçi göçler durmuş, en azından çok azalmıştır. Fakat anavatandaki aile fertlerinin Almanya'ya getirilmesi ve Almanya'da doğan çocuk sayısındaki gelişme göçlerdeki gerilemeyi, fazlasiyle telâfi etmiştir. Burada, Almanya'da oturan yabancılarla ilgili bazı rakkam-lara değinmek istiyorum. Gerçi bu rakkamlar, herkes tarafından bilinmektedir. Ben, sadece bilgimizi tazelemek için bu rakkamlardan söz edeceğim: 1977 Eylülünde Almanya' da polise kayıtlı yabancıların sayısı 3.9 milyon civarında bulunmaktadır. Bu rakkamın 1.118.000'ini ise, Türkler oluşturmaktadır. Bu rakkam, ülkedeki yabancı sayısının, göçün durmasına rağmen, 1975 yılma nazaran %0.5 oranında arttığını göstermektedir. Öte yandan, bu sayı içinde, 15 yaşından küçük olanlar, 0.9 milyon ile yabancıların %22.6' nı teşkil etmekte ve bu oran içinde de türkler ilk sırada gelmektedir.
