Here, due to the impact of employment and income distribution system of industrial relations, in particular the general outline of the Constitution of 1982, trade unionism and collective movement order pazarlık1 likely in the near future I want to mention the view. Because the industrial relations system to reshape the Trade Unions Act and Collective Bargaining, Strike and Lockout Laws preliminary draft was completed and presented the views of the parties. Burada istihdam ve gelir dağılımına etkisi nedeniyle endüstri ilişkiler sisteminden, özellikle 1982 Anayasasında genel hatları belirlenen, sendikacılık hareketinin ve toplu pazarlık1 düzeninin yakın gelecekteki muhtemel görünümünden bahsetmek istiyorum. Çünkü endüstri ilişkiler sistemimizi yeniden şekillendirecek olan Sendikalar Yasası ile Toplu Sözleşme Grev ve Lokavt Yasalarının Ön taslak çalışmaları tamamlanmış ve tarafların görüşlerine sunulmuştur. Bu taslakların nasıl bir düzen amaçladığım ve nasıl bir sistemi oluşturmak istediğini tetkik edebildiğim oranda ve ana hatları itibariyle inceleyeceğim.
