DİYABETİK VE BENFLUOREKS-C VİTAMİNİ UYGULAMALI SIÇAN DERMİSİNDEKİ ELASTİK LİF VE FİBROBLAST DEĞİŞİMLERİNİN MİKROSKOBİK İNCELENMESİ

Abstract (2. Language):
This study analyses changes in elastic fibres and fibroblasts in dermis of diabeti c and benfluorex-vitamin C treated diabetic rats. Light and electron microscopy examinations revealed thickening of dermis and elastic fibres, pyknotic nucleus and swelling of endoplasmic reticulum in fibroblasts in streptozotocin diabetic rats. Among Benfluorex-C treated group, no degeneration of elastic fibres and thickening of dermis were determined. Moreover, active fibroblasts were observed in the treated group. These findings indicate the positive effect of Benfluorex and vitamin-C use in treatment of diabetic dermis.
