Abstract (2. Language):
We coined the concept of “critical educational governance” for which we propose a “decision support system” that will be implemented in parallel with a “collaborative work unit” in order to assure the quality of learning all stakeholders are willing to see become real. We propose the use of “emerging technologies” to facilitate the process of arriving at a consensus as a physical infrastructure that will connect the parties involved.
