Abstract (2. Language): 
Work-familyconflicthastwofundamentaldimensioncalled"workinterferencewithfamilyconflict"(WFC)and "familyinterferencewithworkconflict"(FWC).Currentstudyaimstopointouttheindividualandorganizational outcomesofwork-familyconflictandtotestthedegreeofaffectoftheWFCandFWConindividualand organizationaloutcomesofthework-familyconflict.Thisstudywassupportedwiththequestionnaire,which performedonsecondgradefemaleteachersworkingi nYozgat.Regressionanalysiswasusedi nprocessofdata analysis.Soi twastestedtheeffectivenessofWFCandFWConindividualandorganizationaloutcomesofthe work-familyconflict.individualoutcomesofthework-familyconflictarefamilyinvolvementandimportanceof family,familysatisfaction,lifesatisfaction,burnoutanddepression.Organizationaloutcomesarealsowork involvementandimportanceofwork,worksatisfaction,absenteeismandintentiontoleave,andfeelingofguilt. Findingsdemonstratedthatthe"lifesatisfaction",oneoftheindividualoutcomesofwork-familyconflict,is affectedbybothWFCandFWCatthesam elevel(p<0,05)."familysatisfaction",anotherindividualoutcomeof work-familyconflict,isaffectedmorepowerfulbyWFC(p<0,01)thantheFWC(p<0,05).I naddition,findings showedthat"burnoutanddepression"wascompletelyassociatedwithFWC(p<0,01).I twasseemthatthe "absenteeismandintentiontoleave",oneoftheorganizationaloutcomesofwork-familyconflict,isexplainedby WFC(p<0,01);anotheroutcome"feelingofguilt"isassociatedwithFWC(p<0,01).
