The purposes of this study were to examine the relationship among personnel's levels of organizational commitment, organizational trust and job satisfaction; to investigate the differences among organizational commitment, organizational trust and job satisfaction in terms of personnel's several characteristics (age, gender, occupation, education stratus etc.). This study was conducted at five The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health training and research hospitals in istanbul. The universe of study consists of 5489 personnel. 985 personnel (17.94 % of study universe) responded to all questions in the instruments. The Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1985), the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Meyer and Allen, 1990; Allen and Meyer, 1991) and Organizational Trust Inventory -short form - (Cummings and Bromiley, 1996) are instruments of this study. General findings of this study mean level of personnel's job satisfaction is 4.06; mean level of personnel's organizational commitment is 3,94; other hand mean level of personnel's organizational trust is 3.87. Also it was found that there are several differences significantly among levels of personnel's organizational commitment, organizational trust and job satisfaction in terms of age, gender, occupation, education status, working department etc.

Bu araştırmada Eğitim ve Araştırma hastanelerinde çalışan personelin örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel güven ve iş doyumu düzeylerini incelemek ve bu düzeylerin personelin çeşitli özelliklerine (yaş, cinsiyet, meslek, eğitim durumu vb.) göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterip göstermediğini açıklamak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı İstanbul'daki 5 eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma anakütlesini 5489 personel oluşturmaktadır. 985 personel (evrenin % 17,94'ü) ölçüm araçlarındaki soruların tamamına yanıt vermiştir. İş Tatmini Araştırma Aracı [The Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1985)], Çalışan Bağlılık Skalası [The Employee Commitment Scales (Meyer & Allen, 1990; Allen & Meyer, 1991] ve Örgütsel Güven Envanteri - kısa formu- [The Organizational Trust Inventory - short form (Cummings ve Bromiley, 1996)] bu araştırmadaki ölçüm araçlarıdır. Araştırma sonucunda personelin iş doyumu ortalama düzeyi 4,06 iken örgütsel bağlılık genel ortalaması 3,94 ve örgütsel güven ortalaması 3,87 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada ayrıca personelin yaşı, cinsiyeti, mesleği, eğitim durumu vb. faktörlerle personelin örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel güven ve iş doyum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bazı farklılıklar bulunmuştur.
