Weber's «Machine Model», whicfı
is based on his owh definitions of Amt
and Behörde, is one of the most
outstanding spurces of modern orgware
understanding.
The aim of this paper is to give
a short brief of pre-weberian teorİes on
bureaucracy and follow-up its traits on
Parsons' and Silverman's models.
