The purpose of this sludv was to determine the coronal imcroleakage of different seal era and various luting agents around prefabricated posts. Fifty-two extracted, single-rooted teeth were prepared chcmomcchanically-Thrce groups, each of 16 teelh nere llllwd with one of the following sealers-'I'opseul. Ketaohndo or no sealer -using lateral condensation technique. After post space preparation, each group was divided into two subgroup each of 8 teeth. Si* groups were restored with either; (i) prefabricated posts, cemented with Panavia V; or (ii) with zinc phosphate cement. 1 he teeth were placed in Indian Ink for 7 days, then demincralizcd arid rendered transparent-Coronal dye penetration around the posts was measured and recorded. Results indicated that, while specimens cemented with Panavia h produced a good seal, leakage was signilicantly less with /.ine phosphate cement groups (p<0.05), Topseal groups were significantly better in coronal sealing ability than Kctac-findoi-yiinc phosphate cement group (p<O.0.ij).

Çalışmamızın amacı, post uygulamalarında farklı kanal pallarının ve ytıpışlırmiL iu'anliLrının korona! sı/.mü ya etkilerinin in vitro olarak incelenmesidir. 52 adet tek koklu on grup dişler prepare edildi ve 16 dişten oluşan 3 gruba ayrıldı. Gruplardan birinde Tops esil kanal patı kullanılırken, diğer grupta. Ketat-budo kanal pul! kullanılarak kök kanalları lateral kondenzasvon tekniai ile dolduruldu. Geriye kalan dişler herhangi bir kanal pan kullanılmaksızın lateral kondeıizasyün tekniği ile dolduruldu. Gales (.Hidden frczlcrlc post boşluğu hazırlandıktan sonra her grup 8 dişLen oluşan 2 alt gruba, ayrıldı. Ilerbir gruptaki 8 dişe prefabrik postlar çinko fosla? simanla, diğer 8 dişe Paııavıa F ile simante edildi. Dişler çini mürekkebinde 7 gün bekletildikten sonra deminerali/e edildi ve geITLIIIaşbrı!dı. Postların etrafındaki boya penetrasyonu ölçüldü ıe kaydedildi. Sonuçla; Panııvia t-' ile simante edilen örnekler çinko fosfat siman kullanılan örneklerden daha az korona! sızıntı gösterdiler (p<0.05). Kök kanal patı olarak Topseal* ın kullanıldığı örnekler, Kelac-Hndo" nun foslat siman IIC kullanıldığı gruptan daha AL kuroııal aızınlı gösterdi (p<G.Ü51.
