Abstract (2. Language): 
This study includes the patients with shallow, medium^nd deep patates. The study casts were duplicated from the casts of the patients used for treatment. Denture bases in different thickness were prepared on the study models, and fracture loads of the bases were coniparcu. It has been concluded that the fracture loads of the denture bases prepared on the casts with shallow palate were lower than those of the other two.

Bu araştırmada; sığ , orta ve derin oimak üzere üç farkh damak şekli esas alınmış, bunların duplikatları çıkarılarak çalışma modelleri elde edilmiştir. Bu modeller üzerinde değişik kalınlıkta kaide pîaklan hazırlanmış ve bunların kırılma kuvvetleri karşılaştın! m ıştır. Sığ damaklı modellerde hazırlanan kaide plaklarının kırılma kuvvetlerinin diğerlerinden daha düşük olduğu tesbit edilmiştir.
