THE EFFECT OF TRANSITIVE FINGER CONFIGURATION

Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this research is, to show the importance of the note guidance on the sound of guitar, to
examine the effects on playing opuses of fingering system used on guitar notes and to help prospective music
teachers to resolve disunities rooted in the wrong fingering that effects the fluency in playing and in the lack of
ergonomical use of the guitar. In the research, experimental method and post‐test control group pattern have
been used from the quantitative research methods. Workgroup consists of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade
prospective teachers (experimental and control groups consist of 7 prospective teachers each) (n=14) who
study in the Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Music Education bachelor's programme. The performances of
prospective teachers have been recorded visually. The evaluation results of performances have been compared
using Mann Whitney U Test via IBM SPSS Statistics V21 Programme. As the result, it has been observed that the
guitar opuses prepared in the suitable left‐right hand finger placements intented for easing movement skills
effected positively the playing skills of prospective music teachers.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, müzik öğretmeni adaylarının gitar eserlerini seslendirmede müziksel akıcılıklarını etkileyen
doğru parmaklandırmama ve gitarı ergonomik kullanmamaktan kaynaklanan aksama ve/veya kopuklukların
giderilmesine yardımcı olmak, gitar notalarında kullanılan parmaklandırma sisteminin, gitar eserlerini
seslendirmedeki etkilerini incelemek, gitar müziğinde nota rehberliğinin önemini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada
nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden deneysel yöntem ile son‐test kontrol gruplu desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışma
grubunu Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı lisans programında öğrenim
gören 7’si deney, 7’si kontrol grubu (n=14) olmak üzere 1., 2., 3. ve 4. sınıf gitar öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır.
Öğrencilerin performansları video kayıt tekniği ile kayıt edilmiştir. Yapılan performans değerlendirmesi
sonucunda veriler, IBM SPSS Statistics V21 programıyla Mann Whitney U Testi uygulanarak karşılaştırılmıştır.
Araştırmada hareket kolaylığı sağlamaya yönelik uygun sağ ve sol el parmak düzenleriyle hazırlanmış gitar
eserlerinin müzik öğretmeni adaylarının çalma becerilerini olumlu yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
