Abstract (2. Language):
Cities are a dynamic concept. It has become meaningful with many living-nonliving materials it contains. At the same time, the city accommodates the social and cultural differences of the community and cities, provide habitat which varies in physical economic terms. There are many urban equipment in the physical living spaces, according to different purposes, needs and desires. These equipments are the ones that provide urban identity, harmony, bring comfort to city life and offer aesthetic and functional facilities to the cities. Urban equipments should be organized and examined in terms of social, cultural, functional, economic, aesthetic, demographic and ergonomic characteristics considering the differences in the needs and cultures of the people living in the cities. In this study, it was tried to determine the user satisfaction of the equipment used in the parks and walking boundaries which are in the Trabzon Beşirli’s Coastal area by the way of the public survey. In this contextof the determined survey results, it is tried to determine the positive and negative contributions of the reinforcements with the user opinions. Analyzes of the questionnaires were made using SPSS statistical software. And the last of the study, it is tried to bring some offer for to remediation of the current situation.

Kentler dinamik bir kavram niteliğindedir. İçerisinde barındırdığı birçok canlı-cansız materyaller ile anlam kazanmıştır. Aynı zamanda kentler toplumların sosyal ve kültürel farklılıklarını barındıran ve ekonomik açıdan değişiklik gösteren fiziksel yaşam alanlarıdır. Fiziksel yaşam alanlarında farklı amaç, ihtiyaç ve isteklere göre birçok kent donatısı yer almaktadır. Kullanılan bu donatılar kente kimlik kazandıran, uyum gösteren, kent yaşamına konfor getiren, estetik ve fonksiyonel olanaklar sunan elemanlardır. Kentsel donatılar, kentlerde yaşayan insanların gereksinimleri ve kültürlerindeki farklılıklar göz önüne alınarak sosyal, kültürel, işlevsel, ekonomik, estetik, demografik ve ergonomik özellikler açsından incelenerek düzenlenmelidir. Yapılan bu çalışmada da Trabzon Beşirli Kıyı alanının sınırları içerisinde bulunan parklarda ve yürüyüş güzergâhında kullanılan donatı elemanlarının, kullanıcı memnuniyeti, yapılan anketlerle saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Anketlerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS istatistik yazılımı kullanılarak analizler yapılmıştır. Belirlenen anket sonuçları ışığında donatı elemanlarının kullanıcı görüşleri ile olumlu ve olumsuz katkıları belirlenmeye çalışılarak, mevcut durumun daha iyi olup geliştirilmesi için öneriler getirilmiştir
