Abstract (2. Language):
In this study Principles of Management Science in Turkey has been questioned the Impact of Information
Technology. Organization, Management, Control aspects are addressed the issues Here, the Impact of Information
Technology in the Organization and Control Policy and The Effect of Organizational Structure and Processes of the
Information Technology is examined. Later, Organization of the Information Technology Directional, in the Public
Administration and Information Technology Effect in The Government Policy are emphasized. Management
Information System (MIS) and Change of The Management Processes are being investigated and the results
indicated.

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de Yönetim Bilimi İlkeleri Üzerinde Bilgi Teknolojileri Etkisi sorgulanmaktadır. Konu
örgütleme, yönetim, denetim yönüyle ele alınmaktadır. Burada Örgütlenme ve Denetim İlkelerinde Bilgi
Teknolojileri Etkisi ile Örgütsel Yapı ve Süreçlere Bilgi Teknolojilerinin Etkisi incelenmektedir. Daha sonra Türk
Kamu Yönetiminde Bilgi Teknolojileri Yönlü Örgütlenme ve Yönetim İlkesinde Bilgi Teknolojileri Etkisi üzerinde
durulmaktadır. Yönetim Bilişim Sistemi(MIS) ve Yönetim Süreçlerinde Değişim incelenmekte ve sonuçlar
belirtilmektedir.
