Abstract (2. Language):
285 family physician specialists participated in this applied research. The application process
lasted 9 month sapproximately. This research was applied on family physician specialists
working in different health institutions. Information about the identity of the specialists wasn't
demanded from them who participated in the application. Today, time management and job
performance are increasing their importance gradually. There are applications and studies
directed to increasing the job performance of personel working in many organizations and
institutions. The concept of time management doesn’t mean the time in the clock
mechanically working on the wall, wristetc. It includes the most efficient and effective usage
of time in working process. Therefore, the importance of family physicians in health
institutions and the value given to this importance are increasingly becoming efficient. In this
study, an applied survey was used and demographic and likert scaled questions were used in
the survey. Data obtained from the survey were analyzed by using SPSS Statistical 15
program, the results and findings were given at the end of the study.

Uygulamalı olarak gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmaya 285 uzman aile hekimi katılmıştır.
Uygulama süresi yaklaşık olarak 9 ay sürmüştür. Çeşitli sağlık kurumlarında çalışan uzman
aile hekimleri üzerinde bu uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulamaya katılım sağlayan hiçbir
hekimin kimliğini belirten bilgi istenmemiştir. Günümüzde zaman yönetimi ve iş performansı
önemini giderek arttırmıştır. Birçok kurum ve kuruluş bünyesinde çalışan personelin iş
performansının arttırılmasına yönelik yapılan uygulamalar ve çalışmalar bulunmaktadır.
Zaman yönetimi kavramı dijital veya mekanik çalışan duvar, kol v.s. noktada bulunan saat
anlamına gelmediği, çalışma süreci içerisinde zamanın en etkin ve en verimli şekilde
kullanılmasını içermektedir. Bu nedenle aile hekimlerinin sağlık kurumlarındaki önemi ve bu
öneme verilen değer giderek kendini daha fazla hissettirmektedir. Bu çalışmada uygulamalı
bir anket kullanılmış olup, anket içerisinde demografik ve likert ölçekli sorular kullanılmıştır.
Anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS İstatistik 15 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş, analizden
elde edilen sonuç ve bulgular çalışmanın sonunda verilmiştir.
