Abstract (2. Language): 
Polymerization process lias an important effect on the mechanical properties of acrylic base materials. In this study, after various heat- polymerized aery lie resins, used in dentistry, had been polimeri/.cd with different processes, the transverse strength of the samples was investigated in varying storage medium. For this, purpose, acrylic resins' samples of 65x10*2.5 mm. dimension? appropriate to ADA. 12 specification were prepared. Their transverse strengths have been tested in Hounsfield test machine. The data obtained were evaluated statistically. It was determined that the type nf acrylic, the process of polymerization, and the storage medium were very significant

Polimerizasyon işlemi, kaide akilli erinin mekanik özellikleri üzerinde önemli bırcLkıye sahiptir. Bıı çalışmada, dişhckimliğindc kullanılan değişik marka ısı ile polimcri/e olan akrilik rczmfcer, farklı ytiıitemlcrle polimcri/e edildikten sonra, örneklerin kırılma mukavemetleri, değişik saklama ortamlarında, incelendi. Hu amaçla. ADA mu 12 nokı spesifıkasyonuııa uygun 65x10x2.5 mm boyutlarında akrilik re ân örnekler hazırlandı. Hounsfield test nıakiııasında kırılma mukavemetleri tesbit edildi. Elde edilen veriler îstatiksel olarak değerlendirildi. Akrilik Kininim, polimerizasyon yönteminin ve saklanan ortamın çok önemli olduğu suptandı
